We will be focusing on the use of props for the most common poses, based on the therapeutic mastery of GURU, B.K.S Iyengar, who originated the use of props. Props allow every person to safely access all postures, regardless of their physical challenges. It is not required that you buy any props but if you have the following items, please bring them during the workshop: –
- Wide yoga belt with a metal ring
- Firm or medium-firm bolster (any size)
- Hand towel
