Online Yoga Teacher Training (RYS-200) US Alliance

The Aarya Yoga is a Registered Yoga School (RYS-200) with Yoga Alliance International, which designates our Yoga Teacher’s Training Course as one that follows Yoga Alliance’s standards. Upon completion of our training, students will receive a certificate affiliated with Yoga Alliance. Training from an approved school (RYS) is a pre-requisite for students who wish to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT-200). Registration provides a globally recognized credential. You may choose to register with them on qualification. Whether you register or not, you will still be the holder of an international certification to teach Yoga.


Practical Information
  • Online Yoga Teacher’s Training Course for a month. 
  • Yoga Teacher Training Program is subject to date change due to interest. Students with reservations will be notified of any changes at least one month in advance.
  • Course runs 6 days per week with Sunday off.
  • You will have over 100 to 150 hours of live stream classes online with the other students and the instructor for guided asana practice, workshops, and lectures on philosophy, anatomy, teaching methodology, and teaching practice.
Evaluation
  • Evaluation will be carried out only for those students who have a minimum of 90% attendance.
  • Students’ conduct and performance will be a part of the assessment.
  • Assessment will be based on theory as well as practical evaluation.

Our Curriculum meets the standard of Yoga Alliance 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training. We are happy that our curriculum makes us one of the Best Yoga Teacher Training centers in India. Here is the syllabus of what you will learn in this course.

The Teachers’ Training Course (TTC) is a four-week intensive course, based on the ancient Gurukul system of India where teachers and students live together. You will be in a traditional atmosphere and closely interact with our experienced and dedicated teachers and staff who themselves are immersed in the yogic lifestyle. Connected to an ancient teaching lineage (guru parampara), passed down from guru to disciple through thousands of years, the curriculum is extensive and covers both theory and practice. Devotional practices, traditional in India, are an integral part of the Course.

Come and develop the skills to teach yoga asana, gaining a solid grounding in the classical yoga tradition, and at the same time deepen your spiritual connection to yoga and open yourself to profound inner transformation. In this four-week course, you will establish a firm foundation of discipline that promotes physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual growth and build a strong base from which to teach others naturally and with confidence.
